COVID-19 Guest Information

Trafalgar Premium Vintage Suites will be open from Friday May 15. The health and wellbeing of our guests and cleaning team is the upmost priority to us and even though we have a very high cleaning standard we are going the extra mile to clean common touch points such as buttons, knobs and switches with anti-bacterial cleaner. We have put in the suites and cottage anti-bacterial hand wipes and hand sanitiser for you to use when you return from outside activities. We are using S.A. Health COVID-19 Information Cleaning Fact sheet as a guide to cleaning standards.

All accommodation is private, there are no common areas.

All reservations must be paid in full prior to arrival. We will have contactless check in, so won’t do our usual meet and greet to show you into the room. Instructions for obtaining the key will be sent in a confirmation email once full payment is made.

We have also reviewed our cancellation policy due to COVID-19. Cancellations within the 14 day period prior to check in we will allow the reservation to be moved to a future date, valid up to 6 months. Your booking can be passed on to a family member or friend. Please note that changes to your reservation may be subject to availability and room rate differences.
